Players of Electronic Arts' EA Sports UFC can finally play as the current bantamweight champion, Sacramento resident TJ Dillashaw, as well as bantamweight contender Takeya Mizugaki and welterweight contender Tyron Woodley, thanks to a free content update the company has just released for the game.
In addition to the roster expansion, the update also contains key gameplay additions and improvements, such as the addition of sprawls when defending power takedowns, updated fight finish that allow players to land extra shots as a fighter gets knocked out and new touch glove animations at the start of the round.
"We are very excited about the passion our community has for the game," EA Sports UFC Creative Director Brian Hayes said. "From the forums to our social channels, we have been monitoring and listening to feedback from our fans. This content update is our first step in an ongoing commitment to delivering a constantly evolving and improving EA SPORTS UFC."
