SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) - Marco Belinelli scored 13 of his 17 points in the fourth quarter, Kawhi Leonard had 15 points and seven rebounds and the NBA-leading San Antonio Spurs eased past the Sacramento Kings 99-79 on Friday night for their 12th straight win.

Manu Ginobili added 14 points, and Tiago Splitter had 11 points and 11 rebounds. San Antonio (52-16) remained 1½ games ahead of Oklahoma City and Indiana for the league's best record.

The winning streak also is San Antonio's longest since rolling off 12 in a row in November 2010.

Isaiah Thomas scored 18 points and DeMarcus Cousins had 15 points and 13 rebounds for the Kings, who were held to a season low in points.
