STOCKTON -- A reward for information leading to the capture of the fourth person wanted in connection with a deadly Stockton bank robbery and shootout climbed to $50,000 Thursday.
The FBI announced they would pay an additional cash reward of up to $20,000 for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the fourth suspect involved in the robbery, hostage situation and gunbattle on Wednesday, July 16.
The sister of the hostage killed took part in Thursday's event and made a plea for anyone with information to step forward.
"Step forward with any knowledge or information to bring these criminals down. Let's take out city back. This is our city, not theirs. Take it back," Dawn Holt, the sister of Misty Holt-Singh, said.
This cash reward will be added to Stockton Crime Stoppers' offer of $10,000 and a Bank of the West reward of $20,000, bringing the total to $50,000.
Anyone with information was urged to contact the FBI at (209) 474-8293 or their nearest American embassy or consulate.
