The death of a young woman found inside a Sacramento County residence Thursday morning is being investigated as a homicide.
Sarah Douglas, 26, was found in a home on the 9300 block of Fox River Way, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.
Sheriff's investigators said the man who also lives at the home, 55-year-old Orville Fleming is the suspect. He was described as white, 6 feet 1 inches tall and weighing approximately 190 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
"Evidence at the scene confirms that he is the suspect and there is a warrant out for his arrest," Homicide Inspector Sgt. Jim Brooks said.

Cal Fire spokesperson Daniel Berlant said Fleming is a 24-year veteran of Cal Fire and a battalion chief who works at the agency's academy in Ione.
Douglas' family members said her older sister was talking to her on the phone when Douglas and Fleming got into an intense argument that included screaming before the phone went dead. When the sister went to the home several hours later, she found Douglas face down after what appeared to be a violent struggle.
"She saw blood everywhere," Douglas' aunt Trina Werly said. "On the patio door, on the walls and then they entered the house and that's where they found Sarah, face down."
The couple had been having problems, according to relatives. Douglas considered moving out, but seemed to have reconciled with Fleming.
Werly said Douglas' mother never approved of the relationship.
"The minute that my sister, which is Sarah's mother, met him, she said something's not right with him and I think he may kill my daughter. That's amazing. I'm not kidding you," Werly said.
The family worried that Fleming was too controlling.
"There's no smoking. He didn't drink. He was a really good guy, but he wanted to control her," Werly said. "He was just obsessed with her."
Sheriff's Sgt. Lisa Bowman, said Fleming's vehicle -- a white 2007 Chevy pick-up truck with a red stripe and Cal Fire painted on the side -- was found unoccupied by Elk Grove police officers after 7 p.m. Thursday near Apricot Woods Way and Black Kite Drive. Witnesses in the neighborhood said the truck was parked there since the early morning hours.
Officers on the ground and in the air searched the area where the truck was found and near Elk Grove Florin and Calvine roads. But there were no sightings of Fleming.
Werly said she has a simple message for Fleming.
"I'm asking, if you're out there and you're watching this, I'm asking you to turn yourself in. Sarah didn't deserve this," Werly said, holding back tears.
Bowman said Fleming has ties to the neighborhood. Investigators also believe he has ties to the Fresno/Clovis area, as well as other parts of California. Anyone with information about Fleming's whereabouts was urged to call the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department at (916) 874-5115.
