The Roseville cat who attacked three people was euthanized.
Dee Dee Gunther, spokesperson for the Roseville Police Department, said the cat named Khat was given up by his owners after he was quarantined. Considering the tomcat had caused injuries and was not vaccinated, the decision was made to euthanize him.
Gunther said Khat's remains were going to be tested for rabies.
Khat attacked his owner's sister, mother and the owner's 10-year-old brother last week. The three victims suffered superficial wounds.
The owner said Khat was never mean, but "just flipped out" the night of the attack.
