Thanks to a tip from a Ripon resident, Ripon police arrested a man accused of exposing himself to two young girls.

Harold Wayne Graves, Jr., 47, was arrested near Ripon High School Thursday afternoon, Sgt. Steve Merchant said.

Police said Graves allegedly exposed himself to two young girls Thursday morning near the east side of the pedestrian overpass of Highway 99. He then left the scene on a black mountain bike.

Police released a NIXLE report on the incident and included a suspect description. Around 4:15 p.m., a Ripon resident called police and reported seeing a man matching the suspect description between buildings at Ripon High School.

After officers got to the scene, they called eye witnesses and gathered physical evidence.

Graves was booked into San Joaquin County Jail for two counts of incident exposure and two counts of annoying a child under 18 years old.
