Whether it's breaking news, the headlines of the day, or a story that's sure to make you smile, you can catch Keba Arnold on News10 bright and early, delivering the news 5 days a week.
Keba joined News10 in May 2010. She is the co-anchor of News10 Good Morning and News10 @ 9.
Keba is a self-described news junkie who values the principles of good old fashioned journalism, which includes public interest, fairness and transparency, truth and accuracy. As a leader in the newsroom, Keba works hard to bring viewers a high quality newscast each and every morning.
When not anchoring in the studio, you can catch Keba out in the field on assignment or volunteering her time in the community, reading to children or emceeing and hosting various events around town. One of Keba's most memorable field assignments was on the red carpet in Hollywood covering the Academy Awards in February 2013.
Before coming back to her home state of California, Keba worked in Boston, Massachusetts for three years. While in Boston, she wore many hats and was also a part of a morning show.
Some mornings you would find her reporting national stories, anchoring, or talking about topics that mattered most to New Englanders, which included politics, weather, and of course sports.
An avid football fan, Keba was elated to be selected to travel to Arizona to cover Super Bowl XLII.
Keba is no stranger to the valley. Before Boston, she lived in Sacramento for a brief time and worked at another news station. She started her career in Waco, Texas, where she learned as much about life and people as she did about news.
"I am thrilled to be here at News10! It's truly a blessing to have the opportunity to cover the news in my home state," Keba said.
Keba graduated with honors from The University of Georgia. She grew up in Southern California with her parents and older brother, and moved to Georgia in the middle of high school.
When Keba is not watching or talking about the news, she enjoys reading, relaxing on the couch, and spending time with her two Yorkies (Bella Bean and Baylor Bear). Keba also loves football, a good meal at a restaurant, and a great deal shopping online or at the mall!
"If you see me out on the street, please say hello, or feel free to shoot me an email," Keba said.
Grab a cup of coffee, and start your day with News10 Good Morning!
