The Consumer Product Safety Commission announced the recall a brand of baby rattles due toconcerns over a potential for choking Thursday morning.

Midwest CBK baby rattles sold at gift stores between July and December of 2013 can break apart, creating the potential for a baby to choke on them, theCPSC reported.

People are advised to take the rattle away from children and contact Midwest CBK for a refund.
