STOCKTON, CA - Two men are inSan Joaquin County Jail, accused ofkidnapping, false imprisonment and conspiracy to commit a crime.

The story of the allegations is outrageous - and not in a funny way.

Early Saturday morning, Jose Magana-Farias, 42, and his son, Victor Farias, 20, convinced Blanca Farias to meet them at a Wal-mart in north Stockton.

Farias, 41, has been separated from Magana-Farias, her husband, since January.

Saying they wanted to talk about the failing marriage at a nearby coffee shop, Magana-Farias and his son coaxed Blanca Farias into a pickup truck and took off.

She immediately knew something wasn't right. She said she tried getting out, butthey held her down in the back seat while a pastor she knew, drove.

"They were saying I had three devils inside of me," Blanca said.

An hour and half later they arrived at a church in Bay Point, where she claimed she was forced inside.

"They started bathing me in oil," said Blanca. "They made me swallow some of that oil. I was throwing up and this pastor was saying, 'You've got the devil. Get off of her, get off of her,' until I fainted."

It turns out Blanca has started seeing someone else since the separation.

"They [Magana-Farias and his son]thought I was crazy. That, really, because I'm not with you, I have the devil?" Blanca said.

At one point, before the alleged exorcism, Blanca was able to text her boyfriend that she had been kidnapped. So Stockton police were looking for her.

After everyone drove back to the family home, police officerswere waiting.

"You're going to regret this. That's the only thing I said until we got here [the home,]" Blanca said. "I just got out of the truck, went to a deputy and got in his car."

Magana-Farias and his son were immediately arrested.

UPDATE: No charges to be filed against men accused abducting woman for exorcism

"That's what hurts me the most," Blanca said. "Because it was my husband, who I haven't been with since January, and then my son, following the steps of the dad."

News10 efforts to track down the pastor who allegedly took part in the exorcism have not been successful.
