SAN FRANCISCO - No criminal charges will be filed in a limousine fire on the San Mateo Bridge May that killed five women, ABC7 News has learned exclusively.

Sources with knowledge of the California Highway Patrol investigation have told the San Francisco TV station the CHP has determined there was no negligence on the part of the driver or the owner of the limo.
