We've got six house beers on always on tap at the brewery:Vindicator IPA, Swetzer Pale Ale, Red Robin ESB, Alohawk Pale Ale, Avenger Double IPA, and ourGolden Eagle Mandarin Wheat made with locally grown mandarins.

We've also got a couple seasonal beers; our Imperial Oatmeal Stout and our Jacked Up Recession Ale which is a porter aged in Jack Daniel's whiskey barrels.

TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE HISTORY OF BREWERY
We're family owned and operated. My dad(Jim Gowan) andI are the main brewers, but you can call him the brewmaster. We started production in2010 and openedour tasting room in 2011

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOURBUSINESS PHILOSOPHY?
Local first. We receive a tremendous amount of support from the local community, so we try to take care of community in kind.

WHAT'S YOUR BREWING PHILOSOPHY?
Fresh, distinct, well balanced and sessionable.

WHAT'S YOUR MOST POPULAR BEER?
It's a dead heat between the Vindicator IPA and Alohawk Pale Ale

WHERE CAN WE FIND YOUR BEER?
We have 60-70 accounts in Sacramento and the outlying areas, includingBeach Hut Deli, Kupros, Source, Chefs Table and Mulvaney's.

WHAT ABOUT BOTTLES?
We have22 oz bottles of Alohawk, Vindicator, Red Robin, and Mandarin Wheat available at brewery and select locations. We've also got the Avenger Double IPA coming soon in bottles.

WHAT'S IN THE WORKS?
We're looking at possibly releasing a pilsner in the spring. We may also be experimenting with some sours in the future.

WHAT ARE THE GOALS FOR THE BUSINESS IN 2013?
We'd like to expand wholesale, increase our production by 30-40 percent, and grow our bottle line. We also want to host even more events at the brewery this year.

BESIDES YOUR BEER, WHAT SETS YOU APART?
Our taproom and beer garden. Unlike many local brewers in the city who share a wall with another company, we have a free-standing building with a big beer garden and fire pits on site. Firevine Firevine Pizza and El Matador taco truck are usually out here serving up food too. We also have live bands playing here a lot. We get anywhere from 100-200 people on a given night.
