GREAT HANG UP: A 19-year-old driver, formerly of West Sacramento crashed her car last month in Santa Cruz after drinking, speeding and texting according to the California Highway Patrol.

Santa Cruz CHP Officer Sarah Jackson contacted The Great Hang Up about the case involving Brianna Delaney.

The accident happened about 9:30 p.m. in January when Delaney crashed her car and had to be pulled out of the back seat by rescue personnel.

Her arraignment is set for Tuesday and includes a DUI charge.
