ROSEVILLE, CA - Two people were arrested in connection to a bank robbery in Roseville Monday afternoon.
Cody Taylor Oldach, 22, and Alexandra Lauren Holkko, 18, both of Folsom, were arrested at a gas station a few minutes after the robbery, Roseville police spokesperson Dee Dee Gunther said.
Around 1 p.m., Oldach is accused of entering the Bank of America in Roseville Square, on N. Harding Boulevard and Douglas Boulevard, approaching a clerk, displaying a butcher knife and demanding money. Gunther said the clerk gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash and he fled the scene.
A few minutes after the robbery, police spotted Oldach at a gas station on the corner of Douglas Boulevard and Sierra College Boulevard. Gunther said he matched the description of the robbery suspect provided by witnesses.
Officers arrested Oldach and then Holkko, who is suspect of driving the getaway car, Gunther said.
Oldach was booked into Placer County Jail for suspicion of robbery and conspiracy. His bail was set at $85,000.
Holkko was also booked into Placer County Jail for robbery and conspiracy, but was released on a $50,000 bail.
