LAS VEGAS - The Sacramento Kings looked rusty and out of sync in a blowout loss, 121-87 to the Charlotte Bobcats Friday night to open the 2012 NBA Summer League.

The Kings committed 20 turnovers and dished out an awful 8 assists behind the play of Jimmer Fredette who continued his struggles finishing with 7 points and 2 assists. After the game, a frustrated Fredette avoided the media.

"He'll figure it out," said Kings Summer League Head Coach Bobby Jackson. "It is our first game we got four more. We are confident he will come back tomorrow night (Kings vs. Lakers), he has to believe that himself, but as a group we didn't play well."

The Kings were led by 5th overall pick Thomas Robinson who showed his skill, size and athleticism. The rookie power forward led the team with 19 points and 5 rebounds, but he also committed 8 turnovers.

"I played horrible," said a quiet Robinson after the game. "I wasn't nervous at all, I just wanted to do so good. It just didn't go my way tonight."

The Kings face the Lakers Saturday night at 5 p.m.
