EL DORADO HILLS, CA - Oak Ridge Trojans wide receiver Dylan Collie will follow in the family footsteps signing to play football at BYU.

For Collie, the expectation will remain high. His father Scott Collie played football at BYU (1979-1982), and his two older brothers Zac Collie and Austin Collie played receiver for the Cougars.

Dylan realizes there will be pressure attending BYU because of the family legacy, especially because his brother Austin now plays for the Indianapolis Colts.

"When you know he is called one of the greatest receivers to ever come out of the school it obviously leaves a little pressure back in your head," Dylan Collie told News10. "I am blessed to have that pressure to work and be as a good as he was and my brother and dad were."

Along with Collie, six other student athletes from Oak Ridge signed their college letters of intent.  Tiffany Reimers and Mandy McBroom signed scholarships to play soccer at Cal State Fullerton and UC Irvine. Lance Berringer will play baseball at Nevada. And in football, kicker Jon David Smith will attend Southern Oregon, and lineman William Boule will play for Eastern Washington.
