TODAY: Highs will be in the mid to upper 40s. Sierra highs in the upper 20s with sunny skies.
TONIGHT: Temperatures will plunge into the low and mid 20s overnight. The Sierra will warm a bit with lows down into single digits. Black ice and slippery roads could be an issue in the Valley and Foothills again.
TUESDAY: Mostly sunny in the valley with highs in the upper 40s to 50. Lows will remain in the mid to upper 20s . Sierra highs in the upper 30s under partly cloudy skies.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny and mild for the valley with lows in the near freezing. Afternoon highs warm to the mid 50s. Sierra skies will be mostly cloudy with highs near 40.
THURSDAY: Clouds will increase throughout the day. Temperatures will rebound to normal with highs in the mid 50s. Sierra highs will be in the low 40s.
FRIDAY-SATURDAY: Partly sunny skies are on tap with highs in the mid to upper 50s. For the Sierra,mostly cloudy with highs near 40.
SUNDAY: Temperatures will near 60 with partly cloudy skies. Sierra highs will remain near 40 under partly cloudy skies.
