Frozenbyte's video game 'Trine 2: Complete Story' for PlayStation 4.
Finnish video game developer Frozenbyte is bringing its sword & sorcery title, Trine 2, to PlayStation 4 as Trine 2: Complete Story for Sony's new console PlayStation 4.
The game will consist of 20 levels including the "Goblin Menace" expansion campaign that came out in the Wii U version as well as a secret unlockable level known as "Dwarven Caverns".
"The PS4 has been a joy to develop on, and the power of the console is amazing," said Frozenbyte CEO Mr. Lauri Hyvärinen. "Trine 2: Complete Story even with all its graphical splendor runs in full 1080p with steady 60 fps. We also support stereoscopic 3D and it's just amazing to see the beautiful world come alive in such great detail on displays that support 3D, we definitely recommend everyone to check it out if given the chance."
Trine 2: Complete Story is a side-scrolling game of action, puzzles, and platforming. You play as one of three heroes who make their way through dangers untold in a fantastical fairy-tale world. The game features an adventure full of action and includes physics-based puzzles using fire, water, gravity, and magic. There are also wicked goblins who pose as the heroes' adversaries and a magical environment full of wonder.
Frozenbyte states the aim is to make Trine 2: Complete Story a launch title for the console and will be releasing further information on the title in the near future.
This game is rated "E10+" by the ESRB.
