EA Sports is giving gamers a glimpse at how Madden 25 how it will look when played on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this November.
Utilizing the power of the company's new Ignite engine on the two next-generation consoles, the upcoming versions of Madden NFL 25 "will be able to provide 10 times the visual detail and up to four times the texture resolution than ever before."
The increased horsepower of the new consoles in addition to the new Ignite engine improve not only player models, but also gameplay elements. Players will wear the signs of their on-field battle, with mud, paint and more smeared all over their jerseys and bodies thanks to new field and uniform degradation. Uncompressed animations on the field and on the sideline make every movement more powerful and a great deal more pixels in every frame means unparalleled detail in everything from each uniform stitch to every blade of grass. Furthermore, enhanced lighting for every time of day makes every game look great no matter what time at which the game is played.
Madden NFL 25 is developed in Orlando, Florida, by EA Tiburon and is now available for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Versions are also available for iPhone, iPad, and Google Play. Madden NFL 25 will also be available for Xbox One, the all-in-one entertainment system from Microsoft on November 19th and the PlayStation 4 on November 12th.
