SACRAMENTO, CA - Some Natomas residents were evacuated from their homes Monday night while Sacramento police tried to contact a possible suspect in a New York homicide to come out of a residence.
SWAT officers and negotiators arrived on scene to try and get the suspect to surrender peacefully.
