STOCKTON, CA - Stockton police issued an alert for a man with dementia missing from his home since Sept. 3.
The man is Harold Roy Gepford, 44. Police Officer Joe Silva said there have been possible sightings of Gepford in the Fremont Street/Wilson Way area.
Gepford is a mental health client who has not had his medication for one to two months, Silva said. Gepford may not know how to get home because of his condition.
Gepford is white, 6 feet tall and weighs 150 to 160 pounds. He has a full beard and moustache. His hair is brown and his eyes are brown. His complexion was described as medium.
When last seen, Gepford wore blue jeans with a large hole in the right pants leg.
