'Injustice: Gods Among Us' from WBIE.
Video game publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has confirmed the inclusion of the nearly indestructible Doomsday joining the growing roster of super heroes and villains confirmed to be playable in the upcoming fighting game Injustice: Gods Among Us.
As fans of the DC comic book series 'Superman' might recall, Doomsday was responsible for nearly killing the Man of Steel in the 1990's by breaking his back.
Injustice: Gods Among Us is an all-new game in development by award-winning NetherRealm Studios. The title debuts a new fighting game franchise that introduces a deep, original story featuring a large cast of favorite DC Comics icons such as Batman, Green Arrow, Cyborg, Harley Quinn, Nightwing, Solomon Grundy, Superman, The Flash, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and many others. Set in a world where the lines between good and evil are blurred, players will experience heroes and villains engaging in epic battles on a massive scale.
This game, which as been rated "T for Teen" by the ESRB, is scheduled for release on April 16, 2013 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and the Wii U.
