The group Impact Teen Drivers has created a contest called "Create Impact for Change" that offers thousands in prizes for creating a message that encourages change in young motorists.
Teens can make a movie, write a story, just be creative. One sample shows an adorable toddler sharing how easy it can be to hang up and drive safely.
