MODESTO, CA - A year-long investigation into a triple slaying in Modesto has culminated in the arrest of six people.
Edward Reing, 31; Alyxandria Tellez, 19; and David Siebels, 16, were found shot to death in a home on the 700 block of N. McClure Road in east Modesto on March 3, 2012. Police detectives said the killings were not random or a murder-suicide but did not offer a motive.

Tuesday, the Modesto Police Department announced six men were arrested on suspicion of murder and gang ties in connection with the killings. They are: Robert Palomino, 42; Jose Luis Osegueda, Jr. 36; Richard Tyron Garcia aka Garibay, 32; Armando Osegueda, 31; Juan Nila, 27; and Joseph Luis Jauriqui, 22.
Police said four of the men were already in custody on other charges and Palomino and Nila were arrested after appearing in court on other charges.
Detectives continue not to reveal why they believe Reing, Tellez and Siebels were killed.
