ROSEVILLE, Calif. - The Roseville man accused of inflicting bizarre abuse on five student athletes in January, was arrested again on Tuesday.

Dee Dee Gunther of the Roseville Police Department said Francis Amiteye Ngissah, 24, was arrested at his home following a month-long investigation into suspected acts of fraud and forgery.
According to Gunther, Ngissah was arrested on suspicion of, "buying furniture for his home last Fall by fraudulent means and defrauding a local business of approximately $8,000."
Ngissah was booked into the Roseville City Jail on suspicion of obtaining credit by fraudulent means, forgery, and other related charges.
He was released on a $35,000 bail bond.
Ngissah was arrested early in January after foreign students in his college preparatory basketball academy claimed he attached clothes pins to their nipples, restrained them with zip-ties and forced them to stand in a corner for hours on end.
