LOOMIS, CA - Store surveillance video released by the Placer County Sheriff's Office shows two men hauling away a safe they burglarized from a Loomis liquor store at 4:20 last Saturday morning.

Sheriff's investigators hope someone will recognize the pair and/or two others with them when they broke into Stone Tree Liquor and Food on Taylor Road.

One man was 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, about 250 pounds and wore a sweatshirt with the word "Skin" on the front of it in white lettering, said sheriff's spokeswoman Dena Erwin.

Another man seen on tape wore a hooded sweatshirt with the word "champion" in red letters on the back of it.

Erwin said a third participant was described as about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 165 pounds. He wore a black hoodie and jeans.

A witness reported seeing a fourth person with the group who left the store in a light-colored import car, maybe a tan or gold, mid-90s to 2000 Honda Civic or similar vehicle.

Anyone with information on the alleged burglars or the crime was asked to contact Det. Ryan West at (916) 652-2423. Tipsters wishing to remain anonymous and be eligible for a cash reward can call Placer County Crime Stoppers at 1 (800) 923-8191 or go to the Placer County Crime Stoppers website to make a report online. Information leading to an arrest or arrests can earn a reward of up to $1,000.
