SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CA - The names of four people who died in a head-on crash on Highway 12 on New Year's Eve were released Thursday.
The victims from Fairfield in a 2002 Hyundai sedan found overturned in a ditch about a mile east of the Sacramento County line were Raphael Ajamu Hill, 30; Tierra Marquia Anderson, 28; and Siara Renee Biddle, 23.
The fourth victim, the driver of a 2012 Toyota, was Razek Azizi, 42, from Dublin.
