STOCKTON, CA - The 20-year-old man killed in Stockton's 60th homicide of 2012 on Saturday was identified on Monday as Giang Lu.
Lu was found inside a home on the 9400 block of Fox Creek Drive suffering from a gunshot wound. Lt. Tom Jernigan of the Stockton Police Department said it was determined that Lu was shot outside the home and was able to get into the house. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died.

A 9-year-old boy and a 22-year-old man in a car on the street were also hit by gunfire. They were taken to a hospital and doctors were able to stabilize their conditions. Stockton police did not believe either was connected to the shooting.
No further information was provided on the shooting.
