LONDON (AP) - Doctors treating a 14-year-old Pakistani girl shot in the head by Taliban gunman are reporting progess.
They say Malala Yousufzai is able to stand with help and to write. But they also say she's still showing signs of infection.
The Taliban say they targeted the girl for speaking out in favor of education for girls and denouncing Taliban atrocities.
