STOCKTON, CA - The father of a 6-year-old Stockton boy seen in cellphone camera photo pointing what appeared to be a real handgun is headed to prison for six years and eight months.
Raul Gonzalez, 22, pleaded guilty to child endangerment and possession of controlled substances for sale in connection with an Aug. 1 Stockton police raid.
In addition to the seizure of drugs, weapons and ammunition in the Aug. 1 search, officers and a SWAT team found a photo of Gonzalez' son in the back seat of a car brandishing a handgun which appeared to be the one found in the search.
