  • 'Magic Mike': Plot -- Inspired by star Channing Tatum's real-life experience as a stripper, he plays Mike, a 30-year-old exotic dancer who takes 19-year-old Adam (Alex Pettyfer), an unemployed college dropout, under his sculpted wing. Both work at Club Xquisite, owned by Dallas (Matthew McConaughey).
  • 'Katy Perry: Part of Me': Plot -- Part of Me follows Perry during her 124-show California Dreams world tour as she performs, rehearses, interacts with fans and tries to maintain her marriage to actor/comedian Russell Brand
  • 'Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted': Plot -- In this chapter of the animated series, the quartet of Manhattan zoo refugees (voiced by Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, Jada Pinkett Smith, David Schwimmer) head for Monte Carlo after monkey and penguin pals sail there on a gambling holiday.
  • Brave: Plot -- Tomboyish Princess Merida (voiced by Kelly Macdonald) defies her mother's plans to marry her off and heads for the forest, where a sorceress puts a curse on her that can only be reversed through actors of valor and love.
  • The Amazing Spiderman: Plot - A decade after his parents suddenly sent him off to live with Aunt May and Uncle Ben, 17-year-old Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield) finds his father's briefcase and seeks to understand their disappearance.
  • 'Marvel's The Avengers': Plot -- Avengers is six movies in one, combining the snarky wit of Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), the unmanaged anger of the Incredible Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), the patriotic derring-do of Captain America (Chris Evans), the hammer-wielding Norse justice of Thor (Chris Hemsworth), the sly fearlessness of Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and the fiendishness of arrow-wielding Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner).
  • 'Snow White and the Huntsman' -- Plot: This modern-day twist on the 200-year-old fairy tale sends Snow White (Kristen Stewart) on the lam. The huntsman (Chris Hemsworth) tasked with bringing her back to the evil queen (Charlize Theron) changes sides and protects the princess.
  • Ted -- Plot: John's boyhood Christmas wish is granted, bringing his teddy bear to life. Thirty years ater, his stuffed animal is still his wise-cracking bro, but he's also a bad influence. His girlfriend (Mila Kunis) issues John (Mark Wahlberg) an ultimatum: it's the bear or her.
  • 'People Like Us':Plot -- After his estranged father dies, Sam (Chris Pine) goes home to L.A., where he's asked to deliver a large sum of cash to Frankie, the half-sister (Elizabeth Banks) he didn't know he had.
  • Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter: Plot - Witnessing the death of his mother at the hands of a vampire sends Abraham Lincoln - who looks here a like a young, awkward Liam Neeson – on a two-pronged life mission: Kill vampires and be president, in that order.
  • 'Prometheus': Plot -- Crew of archaeologists and corporate types (Noomi Rapace, Logan Marshall-Green, Charlize Theron, Idris Elba), joined by an automaton (Michael Fassbender), head for deep space to find what they believe are the creators of the human race.
  • 'Seeking a Friend for the End of the World': Plot -- After a news report announcing the Earth's demise in 21 days, Dodge (Steve Carell) is left by his wife (his real-life spouse, Nancy). Meanwhile, a letter from his first love is mistakenly delivered to his neighbor Penny (Keira Knightley), who vows to help him find the woman. He, in turn, offers to help her see her parents in England one last time.
