SACRAMENTO, CA - Sacramento authorities were searching for a missing man with a seizure disorder who was last seen Saturday.

Rozell Runnels, who turned 62 Sunday, was last seen around 4 p.m. Saturday on his blue scooter headed to go fishing around his home near Sacramento International Airport, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.

Runnels' daughter Shantel Williams said her father, an avid fisherman, always called when he reached the location, but did not check in Saturday.

Runnels has a seizure disorder and had not taken his medication, Williams said.

Runnels was last seen wearing dark-colored blue jeans, a light blue t-shirt, white shoes and a red and black jacket.

Anyone with information about Runnels' whereabouts was asked to call the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.
