ROSEVILLE, CA - Authorities in Roseville searched for a 13-year-old developmentally-disabled boy who ran away from home Friday afternoon, according to Roseville police.

Phillip Labicani left his house on Murray Court in the Diamond Oaks neighborhood of Roseville around 4 p.m. Friday, Roseville police spokeswoman Dee Dee Gunther said.

Labicani is described as 4 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds with short brown hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a white shirt, red shorts and was not wearing shoes when he left the house. Family members said Labicani has the developmental level of a 4-year-old.

Anyone with information about the boy's whereabouts were asked to call the Roseville Police Department at 916-774-5000.
