ELK GROVE, CA - Unlike many cheerleading squads, the Sacramento Sirens Cheer Elite welcomes just about anyone to join their team -- as long as you're 18 years of age or older, that is.
Whether you're a man or woman, Sacramento Sirens Cheer Elite coach Ray Bacon said just about anyone is invited to take a shot at joining their "family." Bacon said Cheer Elite focuses more on competitive cheer techniques like tossing "flyers" into the air and catching them with "bases."
For those interested in trying out, hopefuls can take their shot at Fever Gym in Elk Grove July 30 at 6:30 p.m. or August 15 at 5 p.m.
