
SACRAMENTO, CA - Children from all over Northern California got the VIP treatment at a special party for families with a very special challenge.
Funderland in William Land Park shut the doors to the public on Friday to host families who have suffered through children undergoing heart surgery, families who don't always get the opportunity to get out and enjoy themselves.
It was a time to for them to relax and socialize with others who have had similiar experiences and can empathize.
News 10's Damien Espinoza joined a family with two children who have undergone heart surgeries as they enjoyed a rare night out.
