LOOMIS, CA - Placer County Sheriff's deputies identified a woman's' body found Thursday morning as 20-year-old Charsha Rene Smith from Del Paso Heights.
The Placer County Sheriff's Dept. will continue to investige the discovery of the body in the bushes off Boyington Road near Del Oro High School in Loomis.
Sheriff's deputy Lt. Jeff Ausnow said a woman on her morning walk discovered the body at 6:30 a.m. Friday.
Ausnow said the woman's body was found 10 feet off the road in some bushes.
Ausnow said it appears the woman was killed somewhere else.
