FOOTHILL FARMS, CA - Deputies arrested a second person in the Memorial Day murder of two people on Tuesday evening.
Justin Kadell Kennedy, 29, was booked into Sacramento County Jail for the shooting death of Benjamin Taylor, 43, and Roxanne Mason, 24, Sacramento County Sheriff's Sgt. Lisa Bowman said.
Taylor and Mason were found dead at the entryway of some apartments on the 4400 block of Oak Hallow Drive on May 27. Investigators believe the victims got into argument with someone moments before they were shot.
Bowman said detectives arrested Orione Chrishone Brown in June in connection to the murders.
