Saugstad Park in Roseville
ROSEVILLE, Calif. - Burial arrangements have been set for a newborn baby girl found dead in Roseville's Saugstad Park in July.
The baby will be laid to rest following a brief public service at the new Auburn Public Cemetery on Wednesday at 10 a.m., said Dee Dee Gunther of the Roseville Police Dept.
A maintenance worker found the baby inside a box that had been wrapped in a blanket, placed inside a plastic bag and tucked into some bushes.

The baby still had her umbilical cord attached and appeared to have been dead for several days. No signs of traumatic injury were detected and the cause of death remains unknown pending a final autopsy report, said Gunther.
