SACRAMENTO, CA - Sheriffs investigators say two men in Bakersfield have been arrested for the murder of a man found shot dead in a moving truck Wednesday afternoon.
The victim was identified as 42-year-old Colen Lugo of Sacramento. He was found in the front seat of the truck near the Caymus Park playground on Vintage Park Drive in south Sacramento. Witnesses reported hearing shots and one man said he saw the entire incident.

Detectives developed a name of a possible suspect. That person, Anthony Roberson, 28, was arrested during a vehicle stop conducted by Bakersfield police early Thursday morning, said Sacramento County sheriff's Sgt. Jason Ramos.
The name of a second suspect surfaced. He was identified as Kevin Henry, 25, Ramos said. Henry, too, was located in Bakersfield and he was arrested early Friday morning.
It appears the shooting took place during a marijuana sale between the parties, Ramos said. It was believed Lugo and the suspects did not know each other prior to the shooting.
Ramos said Roberson-Anders and Henry were ineligible for bail. There are expected to be extradited to Sacramento County next week to face charges.
