ROCKLIN, CA - A Rocklin middle school teacher was arrested Friday after he allegedly gave students alcohol and drugs.
Rocklin police Lt. Jamie Knox said a parent told a School Resource Officer that his son visited the apartment of Granite Oaks Middle School teacher Ian Runcimen. The parent claims the 38-year-old gave his son marijuana and alcohol.
When the officer investigated Runcimen, other students were identified as potential victims.
Runcimen was booked into Placer County Jail for supplying pot to a juvenile, Knox said. His bail was set at $25,000 and was posted Saturday morning.
