STOCKTON - In a rematch of last year's section title game, the Kennedy Cougars defeated Oak Ridge 65-42 in the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section Girls D-I semifinals at the Spanos Center on the Pacific campus Thursday night.
The Cougars were led by Lynette Johnson who scored 26 points.
Kennedy will face the St. Mary's Rams for the CIF Sac-Joaquin Section Girls D-I championship at Sleep Train Arena on Saturday.
