MONTEREY, Calif. - On Tuesday morning, the Coast Guard suspended their search for a boat missing off the coast of California since Sunday.
The 29-foot sailboat identified as the Charmblow issued a distress call around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday. At the time, the boat was believed to about 60 miles west of Monterey Bay and 100 miles south of San Francisco. The boat did not have a working GPS system.
