Boston, MA (Sports Network) - Paul Pierce recorded a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds, as the Boston Celtics defeated the Sacramento Kings, 99-81, on Wednesday.
Kevin Garnett had 13 points and nine rebounds for the Celtics, who came into this game off a double-overtime victory over the Miami Heat on Sunday. Brandon Bass, Jeff Green, and Jason Terry each scored 12 points off the bench.
Tyreke Evans had a game-high 19 points and 11 rebounds, while DeMarcus Cousins added 13 points for the Kings, who have lost five of their past six games.
