STOCKTON, CA - A 23-year-old security guard was shot in the area of Shimizu Drive and Occidental Avenue in Stockton on Monday morning.
A Stockton police report indicated the guard came across two men smoking pot in a dark Honda around 5:10 a.m. When the security guard told the men to leave the area, one of them fired a shot, hitting him in the shoulder.
The suspected shooter and his accomplice then fled the area eastbound on Shimizu Dr. in the 80's to 90's dark blue or black, four-door Honda Accord, according to the report.
One of the sought individuals was described as a black man, between the ages of 20 and 30. The other man was described as a black man, also 20 to 30 years old.
The security guard was listed in stable condition.
