STOCKTON, CA - A week after a shooting death, Stockton police arrested a man in connection to downtown Stockton neighborhood homicide.
William Tyson 22, is accused of shooting and killing Anthony Holladay, 22, on Saturday, Aug. 25 around 10:19 p.m., Stockton police said.
That night, officers responded to the 1100 block of W. Flora Street and found Holladay suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment, where he later died.
Police said Tyson was arrested Friday around 4:30 p.m. at an apartment complex on the 2100 block of Fontana Avenue.
Police did not release information about the motive behind the shooting.
