ROSEVILLE, CA- Roseville mom, Denise McGrath Wilder was arrested Friday night by Roseville Police, just hours after her daughter's autopsy results were made public.
McKinley Wilder, 2, was found dead at her grandparents' home on April 4.
The Placer County Coroners office reports the child died of accute alcohol toxicity and accute malnutrition.
Police say Wilder, 37, was drunk when officers arrived at the home. At that time, she was arrested on suspicion of murder but later released, pending the toxicology results by the coroner.
The Placer County district attorney will file felony child abuse charges on Monday.
