SACRAMENTO AREA FORECAST 12/10/2013 5:00 a.m.
TODAY: Early morning lows will be in the mid 20s and black ice could be an issue in spots. Mostly sunny in the afternoon in the valley with highs near 50.
TONIGHT: Hard Freeze Warning remains in effect until 8am Wednesday. Overnight temperatures will plunge into the mid to upper 20s. Sierra lows will dip to single digits and teens. Black ice and slippery roads could be an issue in the Valley and Foothills again.
WEDNESDAY: Mostly sunny and mild for the valley after lows near freezing. Afternoon highs warm to the low to mid 50s. Sierra skies will be sunny with highs near 40.
THURSDAY: Clouds will increase throughout the day. Temperatures will rebound to near normal with highs in the mid 50s. Sierra highs will be in the low 40s.
FRIDAY: Partly cloudy early with lows in the 30s and highs in the mid 50s. For the Sierra, partly cloudy with highs near 40.
SATURDAY & SUNDAY: Temperatures will be near 60 with mostly sunny skies. Sierra highs will remain in the 40s under partly cloudy skies.
MONDAY: Mild and mostly sunny for the valley with highs near 60. Morning lows will be near 40. Sierra skies stay partly cloudy with highs in the 40s and lows in the teens.
