SACRAMENTO - First impressions can make all the difference. Some say that's why eyebrows matter, and perhaps why more men are "manscaping" their brows.
"They tend to get bushy once in a while," said Jeremy Smith about his brows.
For men, it's not so much about shaping them but giving them a simple tune-up via grooming. More brow experts say they're seeing men stop by more often.

"I get that question frequently. Men come in just as much as women come in. They want to have a clean brow," said Benefit Brow Bar Waxing expert Kesha Harris.
And more men are trying eyebrow threading.
"A lot of them. It's not like we're shaping for guys. But more like a clean-up. So you know, they don't have a unibrow thing in the middle. It's just a good clean-up for them," said Sharmeen Bokheri, a brow-threading expert.
So News10 picked two guys randomly and had them give it a go. Shawn volunteered to have his brows waxed at the Benefit Brow Bar at Macy's.
"I'm going to trim you and clean-up the stray hairs. We don't want extra hair going down; it makes the eye more droopy," said Harris, the brow specialist.
When it comes to waxing ... the way Shawn put it: "(It's) like tape getting pulled off arm hair."
As for threading, Jeremy volunteered to try it out.
"Ah, just a little plucking sensation. I don't know. Not too bad," said Jeremy.
After five to 10 minutes, Jeremy's grooming was done.
"It looks good. You can definitely tell the difference. There aren't so many loose hairs in between," he said in approval.
Whether it's threading or waxing, how men get those "guybrows" groomed is a matter of choice and one more men are making.
