STOCKTON, CA - Sheriff's investigators say a person of interest in the case of a missing 83-year-old Stockton man is being deceptive about the disappearance of Robert Picetti.
The last known sighting of Picetti was in the company of Otilio Garcia at a Burger King in Lockeford on Nov. 27, said Deputy Les Garcia with the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Department.

Les Garcia said Otilio Garcia has told investigators he went looking for mushrooms with Picetti in Ione but he will not talk why about he left Picetti there and came back alone with the Stockton man's gray Ford pick-up truck.
San Joaquin and Amador County sheriff's department personnel will be back searching for Picetti around Highways 88 and 124 in Amador County again this weekend, Les Garcia said.
