NATOMAS, CA - In response to numerous complaints, The Great Hang Up investigated a Natomas elementary school where parents were reported to be talking or texting while dropping off kids and driving through the busy school zone.
According to California law, it is against the law to drive in a school zone while holding your phone and talking unless you are stopped in a designated parking spot.
Yet that's News10 cameras captured on numerous occassions.
