The Vanilla Bean Bistro is chef Gonul Blum's second restaurant in the East Sacramento/ Mid Town area. It is located at 3260 J Street and has been open since early 2011. Many are familiar with her first restaurnt, Gonul's J Street Cafe that opened in 2003. The cuisine is still a fusion of California, southern European and Turkish influences.
